Your hormones deserve more than "everything looks normal."
Dr. Kelly Clinning, ND is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor with a focused practice in fertility and pregnancy support, perimenopause and menopause, and premature menopause— offering evidence-based, individualized care grounded in detailed lab work and real answers.
You know your body. I'll help you understand it.
If you’ve been told your bloodwork is fine but still feel like something is off — you’re not imagining it. Many of the women I work with have spent months or years feeling dismissed, overwhelmed, or stuck without a clear path forward.
What I offer is different in a few important ways. I run comprehensive lab work so we’re working from a complete and accurate picture of your health — not assumptions. I take the time to make sure you genuinely understand what’s happening in your body. And every treatment plan I build is evidence-based and specific to you.
Whether you’re navigating an unexpected premature menopause diagnosis, struggling with fertility challenges, or trying to make sense of perimenopause, my goal is to provide you with real answers and a plan that fits your real life.
What I Treat
My Approach
Every patient I work with starts with comprehensive lab work — not a basic panel, but a thorough investigation into what’s actually driving their symptoms. From there, we build a plan together. I believe sustainable treatment has to fit your life, your preferences, and your goals — not the other way around.
My treatment toolkit includes:
Detailed diagnostic lab testing (hormonal panels, metabolic markers, and more)
Diet and lifestyle medicine
Professional-grade supplementation (evidence-based and targeted to your specific results)
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) — I hold a naturopathic prescribing license and incorporate BHRT and natural desiccated thyroid (NDT) where appropriate
I also work collaboratively alongside fertility specialists, OBGYNs, and other members of your healthcare team. My goal is never to replace conventional care — it’s to complement and complete it.
