Virtual appointments are available for patients located anywhere in Ontario during the following hours:

Tuesday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Wednesday 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

In-Person Appointments

I also see patients at The Clara Clinic, located in Toronto near Gerrard and Broadview where I have in-person hours in addition to virtual:

Monday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What to Expect

Your first appointment is a comprehensive 90-minute consultation where we take the time to understand the full picture.

We will review:

• Your health history

• Your current symptoms and concerns

• Your goals and priorities

• Previous laboratory testing and medical investigations

• Areas where further assessment may be helpful

From there, we will determine what additional testing or support may be appropriate and begin building an individualized plan together.

Follow-up appointments are used to review results, adjust your treatment plan, answer questions, and continue supporting your progress over time.

Important Information

As required by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, patients must be physically located in Ontario at the time of each appointment.

Naturopathic medicine is not covered by OHIP. However, many extended health insurance plans provide coverage for naturopathic visits, and some plans may also cover a portion of laboratory testing.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your individual coverage before booking.
